Returns & Exchanges

We're not happy unless you are, too!

  1. You may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed back onto the original form of payment excluding shipping charges and any International duties/taxes (if applicable)
  2. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.Pack the product and include a copy of your receipt.  If you fill out this form you can access all of your prior order info.  We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any package that does not have prior approval.
  3. Unfortunately any *special order* or *pre-order* items are not returnable for an exchange or refund and are final sale.
  4. Items marked as Sale are exchanged only if unused and in their original packaging unless otherwise indicated.
  5. Non returnable and non-exchangeable items listed include but are not limited to the following: hair brushes and accessories, shampoos, body creams & lotions, sun care, conditioners, facial products and creams, baby bottles, hair styling products, and other toiletry products due to hygienic reasons.

We understand sometimes that one may have a change of heart with a purchase. If this happens to you please contact us immediately. If the order has not been shipped or a special/preorder has not been placed with the manufacturer we are more then happy to refund the entire amount.  Assuming your order has not been shipped, ordered, etc we will allow your order to be cancelled. Please remember we process our orders in a timely manner so this is not always possible. Any RockPretty Loyalty Points collected will be removed upon completion of any return or cancellation.

Christmas Return Policy

Items purchased after November 15th of any given year that are not excluded as returnable as noted above, may be returned if unused and in original packaging until January 7th of the following year.  Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  Please contact us at accounts@rockpretty.ca prior to returning the purchase as we will not accept packages without prior approval. Please note that items listed under Special Promotions on Black Friday and Cyber Monday are not listed as "Sale items" and as such are able to be returned or exchanged as per our policies noted above.  Boxing Day Sales are considered "Sale Items".
